Coaching, Community, and Workshops for Late-Diagnosed Neurodivergent Adults

I’m Regina McMenomy, Ph.D., and I help late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults unmask, rebuild, and thrive.
Through 1:1 coaching and community-centered support, I offer space for healing, self-discovery, and finding what actually works: for your life, your brain, and your future.

Finding Your Own Path

Life doesn’t come with a neurodivergent-compatible GPS. Let’s map a direction that actually makes sense for your brain, even if it’s not a straight line. Especially if it’s not a straight line.

Relcaiming Confidence

Not the kind where you say affirmations in the mirror until you cry. This is authentic confidence. The kind that comes from knowing yourself, naming your needs, and no longer apologizing for existing.

Creating Real Balance

Balance doesn’t mean doing everything. It means doing what matters in a way that doesn’t wreck you. We’ll build systems, rhythms, and self-trust, not just vibes and deep breathing (unless that’s your thing).

Staying Connected

Growth isn’t a one-and-done download. I offer ongoing support through coaching, N.E.R.D. groups, and community so you don’t have to navigate your path alone. Because even the brightest ideas need a little backup.

My Services

1:1 Neurodivergent Life Coaching

This isn’t productivity coaching. This is liberation coaching.

If you’re a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult who’s been stuck in survival mode — masking, overfunctioning, overthinking, burning out — this is for you.

Our sessions are where you drop the mask and actually hear yourself think. We’ll explore how your unique brain works, what systems are (and aren’t) serving you, and how to start making life decisions from a place of clarity, not chaos.

N.E.R.D. Groups (Monthly)

Neurodivergent Education Resource Discussion

A support group for ND folk — no homework, just real talk.

This isn’t a book club or a study group. It’s a space for neurodivergent parents to connect, decompress, and talk about what it’s like to parent with a brain that doesn’t follow the “default settings.” Each session kicks off with a short topic intro — curated and facilitated by me, Regina — and then we dive into open discussion, reflection, and shared strategies.

There are no required readings, no assignments, and no pressure to show up in any particular way. Come as you are, stim as you need, and know you’re in a space where the context already exists.

Workshops

Want to bring this perspective to your workplace?

I occasionally lead workshops for organizations that are ready to move beyond “awareness” and toward meaningful inclusion for neurodivergent employees.

If you’d like me to speak to your team or create a custom session for your workplace, schedule a free discovery call.

(Spoiler: it’s not just about quiet rooms and fidget toys — it’s about culture change.)
