N.E.R.D. Group Coaching with Dr. Regina McMenomy
N.E.R.D. – Neurodivergent Education Resource Discussion
Real talk. Real people. No masking required.
Welcome to N.E.R.D., a monthly online peer support group for late-diagnosed, self-identified, or questioning neurodivergent adults. Whether you’re navigating burnout, sensory overload, masking fatigue, or parenting on hard mode—we see you.
This is your space to breathe, be real, and be heard.
Why N.E.R.D.?
Because you deserve a space where you don’t have to explain how your brain works. Where you can chat with other adults who have similar experiences. Where no matter how weird you might think it is, someone else has done it, too.
I’ve built this group to reflect the kind of support I wish I’d had after diagnosis: bright, warm, human conversations that don’t center on shame or force solutions. We’re here to witness, reflect, and build better language for our lived experience.
Come nerd out with us. You might just find your people.
What is N.E.R.D.?
N.E.R.D. stands for Neurodivergent Education Resource Discussion but don’t let the “resource” part fool you. There’s no homework here.
Each month, I bring a curated topic to inspire conversation, usually something I’ve explored on the Divergent Paths Podcast. Think themes like:
-
Why rest is productive (especially for ND folks)
-
RSD and the myth of being “too sensitive”
-
Masking, burnout, and the pursuit of peace
-
Parenting while neurodivergent
Then we talk. That’s it. Tangents welcome. Cameras optional. Judgment-free always.

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to belong here. You need curiosity, kindness, and maybe a little overstimulation. Don’t worry. I’ll bring the hyperfocus on all things neurodivergent.
What makes this different?
-
Low-lift. Come as you are. Pajamas and fidget toys welcome.

Exploratory. These aren’t webinars. They’re conversations.
-
Insightful. You’ll get to see me—Dr. Regina McMenomy—in action, hosting a space that models my 1:1 coaching style.
Many N.E.R.D.s end up booking discovery calls after attending. No pressure—just transparency.
