About Regina McMenomy, Ph.D.
Neurodivergent coach.
Cultural critic.
Certified box-destroyer.
Hi. I'm Regina.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at nearly 50 after earning a Ph.D. in American Studies and spending two decades teaching about identity, power, and invisible systems.
Turns out, I had been studying myself the whole time.
I built a successful academic career while quietly white-knuckling burnout, masking, and overperforming inside systems that were never designed for my brain. My diagnosis didn’t change who I was.
It explained why I’d struggled for so long and why no one reall saw me.
Now I coach late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults who look highly capable on paper but feel exhausted behind the scenes.
My work blends:
-
Identity-aware insight
-
Lived experience of late diagnosis
-
Nervous system regulation
-
Executive function strategy without shame
No productivity guilt. No fixing you. No blowing up your life.
You’re not broken. You’ve been adapting.
If you’re ready to stop performing and build something that actually works for your brain, book a Clarity Call.
Let’s map what’s going on and what comes next.
