About Regina

Hi, I’m Regina McMenomy, Ph.D.

I’ve been called “too much,” “too sensitive,” “too curious,” and more than once, “too smart for my own good.” I spent most of my life thinking I was broken.

Turns out, I wasn’t broken. I’m neurodivergent and when I got my diagnosis at basically 50? That cracked my whole life wide open in the best (and hardest) way.

Now I help other late-diagnosed folks do the same: unlearn the nonsense, reclaim their narrative, and build a life that actually works with their brain, not against it. I’ve got a Ph.D., a BS detector set to MAX, and a heart-on-sleeve passion for making weirdness feel like home.
